Performance does not give refunds on any audio materials or training programs
delivered via mail or download but not used for at least 30
days. Products may be exchanged after 30 days from date of purchase for full
credit towards the purchase of other products, minus shipping and handling
We guarantee the effectiveness of our training and will
refund the training fee, minus shipping and handling, if you are not satisfied
for whatever reason after using the product as prescribed for a period of at least 30
days but no greater than 90 days. This guarantee applies only to those training
programs that are actually used by the client for whom they are intended . Using
the product is defined as following the prescription and participating in at
least two Telephone Coaching Sessions over the period of the first 30 days.
Telephone Coaching is free and scheduled at mutually convenient times and is
designed to eliminate any legitimate barriers to the mastery of the basic
cognitive skills that are the target of the training.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must return all training materials.
We will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise that was a
result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to
Dr. Beale or the Sierra Center. The customer is responsible for providing a
correct/working e-mail and street address and returning all materials promptly.
Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All
requests to negate charges are investigated. If you make a fraudulent claim of
unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This
report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative
information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may
be filed against you.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR
DOWNLOAD, OR DOWNLOADED IN PART OR IN WHOLE, NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSED
LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO
YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF DOWNLOADING YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Refund Policy at our discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing
this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective
immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the Mind Games Web
sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current
version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web
sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
